Publication Procedures and Steps
The basic steps that a researcher must follow to publish in the advanced scientific journal Al-Majd are as follows
1. Submission: The researcher submits their research, prepared according to the journal’s requirements, either by sending it to the journal’s email(contact@scopmajd.com) or through the designated link on the journal’s website.
2. Written Acknowledgment: The researcher provides a signed written acknowledgment stating that the research has not been previously published in any other journal or potential publication, nor has it been submitted to any other parties prior to submission to the journal.
3. Peer Review: The research paper undergoes evaluation by at least two arbitrators, who assess its quality and suitability for publication.
4. Initial Arbitration Result: The researcher is informed of the outcome of the initial arbitration within a maximum period of two weeks. If required, the researcher is requested to make amendments based on the feedback provided by the arbitrators.
5. Arbitration Fee: The researcher is requested to transfer the arbitration fees and provide a copy of the transfer process to the journal’s email.
6. Revised Submission: After incorporating the requested modifications and ensuring adherence to the reviewers’ feedback, the researcher submits the revised version of the research. Upon review, if the revisions are satisfactory, the initial approval for publication is granted.
7. Research Information: The first page of the research should include the research title, the name(s) of the researcher(s), their affiliations and location, and the corresponding email address.
8. Additional Amendment Opportunity: If the researcher fails to complete the amendments requested by the jury, an additional opportunity may be provided for further revisions. However, if the requested amendments are not made, the journal reserves the right to reject the research without any compensation.
